Although the reception staff are wonderful, the doctors at this practice do not care to investigate any sickness I’ve experienced. I’ve been prescribed Amoxicillin too many times to count, because the doctors aren’t interested in learning about my condition. There’s a ‘touch and go’ element to this practice with no real care for the patients. I do not recommend this practice for investigative care. If you have a chronic illness and only require a doctor’s sign off for regular scripts, this practice is better suited to that. ... read more
Just awful. Please don’t go. I was there for less than four mins, after the doctor was 20 minutes late. I was charged $120 even though I did not receive some fairly standard script requests - wasn’t even asked why I was on them. Made an assumption about me being on another one for a reason that was totally inaccurate but I felt so rushed I didn’t bother correcting. Easily the worst ever.
Won't ever return. Doctor showed no empathy and came across condescending
Very unprofessional! Absolutely discraful and predatory practise. As a new patient due to usual GP being on leave (as Drs should be able too), Dr was very condescending about getting a form filled in (should see usual dr etc) as it was required this week and charged an extra $100 ontop of the new patient fee! This wasnt advised prior and never occurred with other doctors for medical forms. Will be sure to lodge further complaints.
