Very unprofessional! Absolutely discraful and predatory practise. As a new patient due to usual GP being on leave (as Drs should be able too), Dr was very condescending about getting a form filled in (should see usual dr etc) as it was required this week and charged an extra $100 ontop of the new patient fee! This wasnt advised prior and never occurred with other doctors for medical forms. Will be sure to lodge further complaints.

Extremely rude reception staff. Their phone manner is disgraceful. Additionally, the automated system they use for bookings gives false information. Closing the gap and valid healthcare cards will not be bulk billed and will be charged at standard rate according to reception.

I didn't expect $81 (and for them to not tell me they need medicare details until after charging me) for 30 second appointment because I am not allowed to get my contraception script through a phone appointment. No point if you're left in a position where you can't pick up the script you just paid so much for anymore

absolutely terrible gp. i have tried 3/3 doctors from this practise and with each and everyone i have had a bad experience. my latest appointment i was going for back pain as i injured myself at work. i was told “what do you want me to do about it you only have a 10 minute appointment”. which in that time she felt the need to take a personal phone call. another time i was told to go private because they were only wanting to give me pills to mask the symptoms instead of finding the root cause of my problems. and also was turn... read more
