Terribly ran organization with poor communication and unethical staff. Go ANYWHERE else.
If you want great customer service, a quick prices process, and the best bang for your buck- AVOID this firm like the plague. Our experience was horrible to say the least. We were never able to work with 1 person consistently. The firm spilt, which we were not informed of, and it seems that the office staff is frequently replaced. I've received threatening letters from my bankruptcy trustee because my 2016 state return had yet to be turned in. Even though, I've emailed it and even took it into the Sandy office in person. At that time they informed me the people I emailed my sensitive personal info to, are no longer with the firm. Awesome! Received a horribly unethical, exploitative, and disgusting solicitation from this place, including a "scare tactic" with false legal information intended to trick people. I'm alarmed to think of potential victims.
I would like to thank Jon Porter for all of his help. He tried his best to keep me notified and he went above and beyond to get things resolved in a timely manner. My experience with this law firm as a whole was not great. I did speak with many different people throughout the process, some of which I never saw, again.
