We are a family business and pride ourselves on our great number of repeat and referral clients. Pretty disgusted by all involved. Have a near new triton in for a service. Truck was fairly dirty I insisted they didn’t wash it. They proceeded to scrub it with a broom scratching the entire truck , monsoons etc eveything. Upon returning the following bussiness day the service manager said he had seen video footage of the truck being washed. Top work on the small details is amazing. It feels like I am driving a brand new vehicle out of the car lot. Car technician, top marks. Alex was top class and has exceptional customer service . And the feed back they gave me re my Swb Pajero, didn't leave anything out. Recommend Morrison Mitsubishi group for servicing.
