I would like to provide a warning to other potential clients of Dylan Morrison and Morrison LLP. Be very careful, get every single thing in writing, especially verbal agreements and promises as they did not keep their word and misrepresented facts. Moreover, I found that he not adequately prepared for trial, yet I was charged for substantial preparation, which led to losses in areas where there should have been success. Spencer was an amazing help with my very challenging common law separation. After 2 years of getting nowhere, including more than 6 months of failed mediation attempts through another company, we tried lawyer-supervised mediation, which again frustratingly went nowhere. Well Spencer was great to work with!! I went though 2 other law firms and felt misunderstood and frustrated but after talking with Spencer I felt like he really understood what I was going through and listened to what I was saying. I wish I would have started with him as it was no time and he had things moving in the right direction with a settlement that was what I expected.
