I had to wait until I was at my boiling point to get the job done. After I paid them to facilitate the purchase of my house (which was poorly executed and totally unprofessional, btw) they wanted nothing to do with me. I had to actually physically go to the office to pick up the deed to my house/land because they didn't feel like sending it to me the first 4 times I asked for it. This happened today, July 7th!
