Bad business and professionalism. I have been trying to recover $2300+ back from this company since July 1, 2024. I notified Pete that my fiancé passed away and no longer needed the policy. I haven’t been in contact with him since and today is 9/12/24! Absolutely disgusting to not have compassion for the deceased nor people suffering from grief!!!! Truly DO NOT RECOMMEND!
DO NOT RECOMMEND! I have been trying to reach out to him for days. My fiancé purchased insurance last Thursday and died the next day!!!! I called him Monday to cancel and he said he would call me back. He never did so I called him! He said he would have to cancel through another company then wait to be refunded. He is not responding to emails nor phone calls. I called the company printed on the insurance document and they stated they are not an insurance company! Fraudulent all the way around!
Knowledgeable agent, who provides clear explanation of policy coverages, helps avoid coverage gaps and tireless advocate when you need one. A customer for many years with ups and downs, Pete was always there with sound advice.
This is a very unprofessional agency I would not recommend their services to anyone.
