Extremely disappointing experience—unprofessional and dismissive service: We had a deeply unsettling experience at the Morrison Homes sales center in Rockland Park, specifically with the sales representative, Trevor. From the moment we arrived, we felt as though our presence was an inconvenience. My wife and I visited the community of Rockland Park on the weekend to tour the laned showhomes built by Morrison Homes. After walking through both homes we had questions that we wanted answers to in regards to pricing , availability of lots and what changes could be made if we decided to build with Morrison. My partner and I just bought in Rockland Park and are so excited to start the process of picking all the exterior and interior options! Trevor the sales representative at Morrison was super understanding of our several/extensive questions. Even made sure to give me a call before I left for vacation to confirm the exterior colour we wanted was available (he knew I was anxious to find out as it’s the last lot on the block). Recently moved from Toronto to Calgary and have loved this city so much we decided to purchase our first home in Rockland park. After extensive research with various builders (Dream, Brookfield, Shane etc) and different locations (Seton, Legacy, Alpine park etc.) Morrison homes and specifically Trevor Windjack stood out as a class of their own. Stay away from Morrison Homes in Rockland Park, specifically Trevor. I have never experienced such blatant elitism and unprofessionalism in the home-building industry. If you value being treated with basic human decency, do not deal with Trevor. From the second we walked in, Trevor acted like he was doing us a favor by even acknowledging us.
