I would say the cornerstone sales area manager that work today was the worst…. As being first time home buyer and being first home…. Sales individual should go out of there way to make the person comfortable…. First telling me I cannot afford it, I know my income and I know I can afford it, I wouldn’t walk in showhome without thinking I can’t…. Worst experience ever, the building team did a horrible job is putting framing and boards together, better yet, the gap of the framing in the basement is different sizes wide, 1.8ft, 1.5ft. Something else is the top of the frame is larger than the bottom, 1.9 ft top and 1.75 fit bottom, so hard to install anything, without trimming every board. We went to their show home on a heavy snow day, they have doorlock with pin, we called them and ask for pin to open, the guy from Morrison said “No, No, you have to come to their sales center to get it first!” NO RESPECT TO CUSTOMER ALL! Shout out to Brookfield and other builders! Gave the pin on the phone! We will NEVER BUY FROM MORRISON
