My experience with Morrison Homes has been nothing short of disappointing. Full disclosure, I purchased a spec home in Edmonton but from the outset, the process was marred with multiple deficiencies that persisted for well over 2 years. The craftsmanship was subpar, with glaring issues such as loose and bouncing subfloors and stairs, drafty windows, weak or inadequate HRV system, damaged driveway (at possession), incomplete parging, banging water lines/trap, loose steps, loose overhead garage door, misaligned backsplash tile... read more

WORST WARRANTY DEPARTMENT & BUILDER EVER YOU CAN DEAL WITH - Anyone looking to purchase new House from Morrison/ Cantiro Homes I would recommend to stay away from this guys ! They would never return your phone calls or Emails - no response whatsoever. I would be happy to share the screenshots of how many times I tried reaching them and no response.
