I dealt with Morrison Fuels for the first time last week (February, 2024). I was impressed with their service - the two staff people were polite and patient as I explained my furnace problem (and they tried to troubleshoot it with me over the phone, which would have saved me a service call), and my furnace was serviced within 30 minutes of my call (by, once more, a polite technician). If I need my furnace serviced again, I'd certainly use Morrison.

They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Agree with other comment about family business this is in it for the long haul!

Morrison's is a family business and is run like one. They really care about their clients. I've been with them for close to 15 years now and they've always been there when I needed them. They recognize and respond to true emergencies fast, and don't price gouge just because they know they have you over a barrel. Great service. Wish I could give them more stars!
