I don't think I've ever been treated so rudely by a secretary in my life. I have been a customer for 15 years of this company. Have always paid my bills. Never once left a balance remaining after the winter. I ordered oil this week only to be told I had a balance of less then $300 and I would not be getting oil intill it was paid off. There were much better ways to make a payment arrangement with a loyal customer. I will never order oil from here again. Order from a company that appreciates loyal customers.
