Dr Sorey is the best dentist I have ever gone to! I used to be nervous going to the dentist but him and the staff at Morrison Dental Group Portsmouth have excellent customer service and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. I find they are very friendly and their dental work has a potential to be good, but I have had a negative experience to where they caused me to lose one tooth out of the three they worked on, they won't take responsibility for it.
DDM P. Gomez and and Dental Assistant Angie worked hard and did a fantastic job fixing my cracked tooth and putting in a crown. Their equipment is state of the art as demonstrated by the photos they took of the work. All the staff at Morrison Dental are friendly and efficient. This is a great place to have dental work done.
I have had an extremely frustrating experience with this dental office. Not only did they fail to submit my insurance claims, but they are also now billing me for services that should have been covered by my insurance if they had billed in the first place. They are also demanding payment on an appointment that I OVERPAID for. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, both myself and my insurance company have been ignored yet they threaten collections and court.
