I’m so happy I was referred to him, I texted him a day before yesterday he responded expeditiously, said grab the part and I’ll do it the next day and have it done in a few hours and did just that! Glen's extensive knowledge of "foreigns" is unsurpassed. He replaced the heater core in my 2017 S550 Cabriolet *(by himself I might add) while 3 other shops refused, citing the job being too laborious. I've been looking for a new mechanic since mine of 30yrs retired on 3/31/25...& now I have heat & a new mechanic. Thanks again G.
