AWESOME The doctors that took over the practice are knowledgeable, and take very good care of pets AND owners. They make themselves available off hours, and are very sympathetic in times of stress and need. They are renovating the clinic for more doggy bays, and kenneling. The rooms are always clean, and now with the updates, are bigger and easier to maneuver large breeds around in. PROS: Expanding/Updating clinic for more space. CONS: none
Joan W. My dog was just diagnosed with lymphoma. Dr. Smyth diagnosed this in a very early stage, began treatment quickly, and made sure that my sweet dog was not uncomfortable while getting his treatments. I love my dog so much, and I feel like we are getting the best care and the most compassionate care I could ever hope for him. He has taken a lot of time to explain the disease, the tests and the treatments. Rock on Dr. Smyth!

Most Amazing Vet EVER I recently moved to Sterling Heights and I'm so sad to not be able to take my cats to Dr. Smythe anymore! He is amazing. He's tender with them and patient. He even takes the time to pet them and make them more comfortable before doing anything. Two years ago, my 21-year-old dog had to be put down and Dr. Smythe sent a sympathy card to our home.
