Extremely unprofessional and unsafe service — please avoid this shop. I visited this shop for a winter tire check, and the experience was shocking. One of their workers drove a car out of the garage on a snowy day when the ground was covered with snow and loose gravel. He kept stepping hard on the gas, causing the rear tires to spin and throw rocks and snow into the air. Those rocks hit the right side of my car door and chipped the paint — and my car is brand new. Since the new owners took this over I would recommend to change the name as the last guy was good! I bought a van from you only a few months ago and have over $3000 of work that they tell me was because of the lazy person who last dealt with you! You guys don’t know what you’re doing is what they said as you changed the breaks but didn’t grease them. Sold me a set of good looking used winter tires. Took 3 days of phone calls to get them and when called to get them install told me to come Saturday at 930. Fyi nobody ever seems to answer the phone or be on site. They need to learn their own hours and stop the BS run around.
