I was shocked by the bill I received after a quick visit here.
This is a classic corporate greed story. Prices are ridiculously high and they don't seem to have a problem hiking them up for every little thing. The care feels cold and transactional. My animal was sick, but the primary focus was on pushing expensive procedures and products. The human-animal bond means nothing to this place—it's all about the money. Save yourself the headache and the heartbreak and find a vet that actually cares.
They love and care for their patirments almost as much as the people who bring them in.
We took our Dobi there for check ups and her shots the first time when we moved here, and they were good but pricey. After the vet retired, she had a teeth cleaning and they found a bad tooth that had to be pulled. Being it was during the covid paranoia, they basically shoved her out the back door and left me to lift an 80lb drugged dog into my car. I had use of one arm at the time.
