Called and was told lunch hour was between 12 -1....it is now 1:15, no one is at store. Another customer has driven from Monticello to bring a TV .....they were told the same thing. Not very professional at all!!

I called to inquire about the repair of a "big Screen" TV and was told that there was a \$40 fee to check it and give me an estimate. If I did not want it repaired I would lose the \$40, but if I chose to have it fixed, the \$40 would go towards the repaires. It took over 2 weeks for them to pick it up. When I called for an estimate, I was told "between \$300.00 and \$320.00. When they brought it back, it was \$352.86, and I was never told that I would be charged \$40.00 for pick up and delivery.
