I can't not recommend this transmission shop enough. We brought our car here expecting it to be repaired within two weeks. However, over the course of 3 months, we were quoted various prices and time frames. Each week we checked in, the owner said it was going on the rack the next business day. There are cars that have been there unrepared for a year. -By the owner's own admission-. If you intend to have your car back in a timely manner, stay far away from this business.
Dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday afternoon. He told me he would have an estimate by the end of the week. I didn’t bother contacting him until Monday so he would have the time to do his job. Starting that date, every time I called I would get “We’re about to pull it in, I’ll call you back” or “I’m with a customer, I’ll call you back.” Guess what, he never called me back. They may or may not conveniently get your truck stolen and not tell you until there cameras stop recording and do absolutely nothing to compensate for the lose of your brother’s truck who passed away.
