I bought a second hand IW trailer from Keith, he was kind, clearly very knowledgeable and capable. I’ve had it over a month and so far it’s been excellent! I’ve already used it for several long trips and shows, it’s been exactly what I need for my young ponies.
Numerous problems with my new trailer. Keith incompetent at identifying and rectifying issues eg brakes sticking on - apparently the issue was my range rover was the wrong height, actually the trailer needed a new ram fitted. Also had a major manufacturing defect causing a considerable leak he couldn’t find it. Blamed me for “leaving a window open” 5 mins with a hose and we identified where the water was pouring in (a join in panels had not been bonded correctly).
