Sent my car to this dealership, they did extra work that I neither gave written or verbal permission, I only wanted my key fob to work,bon their own they went into my rear air suspension and power steering, they never contacted me nor asked my permission to work on anything else, I was quoted for the fob about $175 but I ended up getting a bill of $779.30 Does any of that make sense!!!! Friendly staff nice selection of cars with realistic prices for a small town
I have lived in the Great bend area my whole life. And have always had a Ford. I was referred from a friend to visit Morris with Ford after Marmies made three unsuccessful attemps fixing issue I was having with my vehicle. The level of personal customer service I received the second to none. I felt appreciated and more importantly listened to.
