Jeremy and Donnie in the service department, along with Jolena in parts, went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was repaired correctly. They kept me informed every step of the way, providing timely updates on the status of my vehicle. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to quality work are truly appreciated. Five stars isn't enough - they deserve a perfect score!
Although frustrated by initial limited communication following purchase, we were finally able to communicate directly with Morris. He was very helpful and took the time to discuss the concerns at hand. We opted to decline the extended used vehicle warranty, but Morris has been helpful in helping us determine the issue by offering to involve his service department in diagnosing. Great to see a owner actively involved in problem solving and customer service!
Great deal,great and friendly staff and great dealership!!!! where to begin, let's start with my budget.i was pre-approved by my credit union and after a couple rejections and a rude email from some other lots these guys went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted and made buying my new car a seamless and painless experience!
