We had bed bugs and they couldn't get rid of them. Couldn't sublease since we had bed bugs in room.

We can only take care of what we are told. There was a complaint in October, the apartment was treated and reinspected and was bug free. Nothing was said about bugs again until December when he was moving out. Told us he could not sublease because there were still bugs. This is a problem that must be solved with cooperation between tenants and exterminators.

I have previously lived with Granite and now I live with Morris Rentals. I can say for certain that everything has been a lot easier with Morris Rentals. Maintenance is always readily available. Apartment move-in was easy and apartment was very clean. The apartment amenities are awesome -- I live in the newer apartments so they have covered parking, Metronet (which is WAY better than comcast), Washer/Dryer in unit, and central heating/AC. I would highly recommend Morris Rentals over any apartment company.
Lived with Morris for two years, close to campus, and good maintenance.
