Cusion support on the couch broke also seam is coming apart. I called customer support and they sent someone out to look at it. The person they sent said it was customers fault for excessive use. Still not sure how you can have excessive use on a couch. They would not fix it. The couch is Less than a year old. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

Morris Outlet / Ashley Furniture! I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. Jonah, the salesman was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. I knew exactly what I was looking for and we placed the order rather quickly. There was a discount on the item at the time which in turn saved me enough money I was able to purchase two night stands from the outlet. I would definitely shop there again.
