I was put in touch with ValRee by a friend for a cruise from New Zealand to Australia. She got back with me immediately and let me know the details, how much I had to put down and gave me great advice about what to do. The cruise was far in advance so I would hear from her at key points to remind of things that were coming up. I had no idea it would be so complicated. One month ago I filled out a contact form and sent it to the Ogden, Utah, office of Morris Columbus Travel (formerly Morris Murdock Travel), asking them to help me with travel plans. I also emailed each of the four Ogden employees listed on the website. I got two out-of-office replies from two of the four. I also got a reply from the company assuring me they'd be in touch soon. I never heard another word from anyone.
ValRee was so helpful. Friendly and very knowledgeable about trips.
Drove into the Ogden office had the cruise # in hand. Was told by Patty Crim she would get back to us in a couple of days That was over 2 weeks ago Figured they don't need my business Thought I would let people know... don't waste your time
