GSH completed my closing for my first rental property. Everything seemed to go smooth until tax time. They didn't pay my taxes from closing, did not register my property correctly with the county, and my rental was nearly auctioned off for delinquent taxes. If the local county hadn't tracked me down, I would have lost my property.
