For a "flat fee" Brian Morris will keep your case in his computer and sometimes, possibly, show up for your hearing. Don't expect him to actually defend you or review your case. He's more than happy to go with whatever the Prosecutor recommends. As an attorney, he swore an oath to zealously represent his clients. Somebody's gotten a little lazy.
