I have done my family Trust, as well as my parents trust with Morris Legacy Law. They made the process very easy and explained things every step of the way. Recently my parents passed and Dave and staff were there for me with to answer questions about my parents estate at no additional cost. It's always great to work with a business that is on top of things, friendly, professional and easy to get ahold of. The Trust that I put through saved me 18 months of probate. I used Morris Legacy Law to have Trust and Deed documents executed. Great communication from start to finish from the entire staff and the documents were prepared promptly with all my issues addressed. Highly recommend!

I would never recommend this attorney. He misrepresented me in my family case relating to my divorce and a premarital agreement. I am originally from another country and spoke very limited English at the time. I was already married in my home country before coming to the U.S. in 2004-5. Within days of arriving, my spouse forced me to sign a premarital agreement (PMA). I had no understanding of what a prenup was, and I was naive and crying during the signing process. I would never go to this attorney. He misrepresented me in my family case back in 2010 . We are currently in divorce proceedings. I am from a different country and I used to speak minimal English. I was married to my spouse back in my home country prior to Premarital agreement.
