He handles things for you to make the stress easier in a bad situation
This shop is terrible. I had use this shop to get repairs done by my insurance company and Tony Morris was nothing but rude to my insurance company. I've had work done through insurance before and I strongly advise you to stay away from this shop. He was doing extra work on my vehicle before the insurance would approve it leaving him or me responsible for the extra cost. He definitely is not insurance friendly.
