Collen came to do maintenance of our HVAC system. He took the time to do a thorough inspection of the two units outside and the air handling units in the crawl space and attic. He cleaned all the leaves inside of the outside units which never had been done in the past. He explained in detail what he was doing and why. He replaced a fan motor and add Freon to one of the units.He was very courteous and communicative. He explained the condition of the units and what to expect from them.
