Overpriced on all repairs and installs they’ve quoted me on for hvac & plumbing. Lastly, scheduling woman gave me the run around through emails rather than calling or texting. Do not recommend
We had a minor issue with our hvac during a heat wave. Pat from Morris Jenkins was assigned to help look into this. Out appointment was at 10 pm (you read that right, PM). Pat was very professional and thorough in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Despite the late hours, pat was patient throughout. 5 stars to Pat and his work ethic.
Garrison was very helpful and kind. I wasnt home due to work so my daughter's father who works from home was there to greet him. Garrison not only completed the task at hand but choose to communicate with me of updates via text..(which was great because I cannot pick up my phone at work). He was also very considerate stating he did not want to disturb my daughters father who was on a work phone call. Great service. Thank you garrison, continue to do great.
Dustin had a great personality and kept us informed the entire time. He gave us multiple options on what he thought the issue was and then fixed it to perfection. Can’t thank him enough for explaining the whole process and made us feel comfortable about the decision and options we had. Morris Jenkins does a great job of finding the best customer service technicians out there. Thanks again Dustin, hope to see you again (but not soon haha). Don’t know if he’s up for a raise soon, but the man deserves one. Thanks again Dustin!
JD was exceptional. Took the time to triage, explain alternatives and provided the expert recommendation. If the level of future service is even half as good as what JD provided , Morris Jenkins will have my business in perpetuity.
