Great customer service, and the associate was just as much of a marvel buf as I am.
I had an issue with a clogged condensate drain line backing up and leaking water all over the laundry room floor. I contacted my home warranty company who initially was not able to find a contractor to come out to my home, and when they did find one, it would be 6 days later before the contractor could come. So, instead of using my home warranty company, I contacted Morris Jenkins very late on Saturday night who sent techinician Stefan out the very next morning. I am very pleased with my service rep. The problem was diagnosed quickly and the toilet is much quieter now that the old parts have been replaced. The installation went quickly and the service rep. was very nice & timely.
