First, he is my general doctor's Urologist and he referred me to him. So basically he is my doctor's doctor and that speaks volume to me. Second, so I read the other reviews and they are right, he doesn't spend a lot of time with you talk about the weather or things going on. But, he told me what the problem might be and what we going to do to find out and fix it. To me that's all I need to know. If I want to be comforted, I'll call my mamma or my wife. Probably my mamma. It’s like we saw different people judging from some of the negative comments. Dr Morris was not only competent, he was kind and spent as much time with me as needed. I hope some of you can reconsider your harsh verdict because he’s truly one of my favorite doctors. And mine was a serious condition also. The follow ups have been exactly the same way: his staff is professional and friendly and obviously follow his example of kindness
Dr. Morris’s bedside manner is quite lacking. He hurt me terribly doing a routine catheter and scope procedure where the patients in the hall heard me scream. He was in such a hurry to leave the room that I had to call out to him to ask about my condition. I got a horrible infection afterwards and was told to immediately drive there to give a urine sample. Then find that I would have to wait for the lab results before getting any type of medication for relief. I switched urologists IMMEDIATELY. You should see the difference ... read more
Soooo... here goes my review. As a registered nurse who is also an OR nurse, I feel like my opinion can shed some light from a professional point of view. This doctor saved my husband’s life. Yes, the wait in the waiting room is long. Yes, sometimes he’s quick (as some other reviews have mentioned). But would you rather be treated by a highly skilled doctor who knows what he’s doing, or someone who sits there and talks to you for 30 minutes just to make you happy.
