I had such a positive experience at Morris Hospital Physical Therapy in the Ottawa office. Riley is amazing and really listened to me about everything I had going on. I didn't know about pelvic floor treatment at all. When you understand your body more, you can really heal more. Then there was the emotional therapy I had with Sadie. I had no idea how much I had weighing on my organs from past trauma I didn't fully release from my body. I highly recommend this team.
