I received such wonderful care today Kaylynn Suste her nurse, her X-ray tech and the front desk. Everyone was caring and helpful. It was my first visit there. I was extremely impressed. I will recommend Diamond branch. Thank you to all!
I would not go anywhere else. It’s close to home and everyone there ( from the front desk, the housekeeper, x-ray, lab, nurses, nurse practitioners, and doctors have been wonderful every time I have been there
Front staff was amazing but whoever was the doc/nurse on December 13 was absolutely rude and all the comments about the nurses talking shit is true. They are all loud but think they are quiet. I understand the circumstances I have when I went for my check up and some rude lady came in the maybe “teach” me? But she knows absolutely nothing about it. but when I asked for a doc note to show my work I was here today I can hear the lady say from outside the room “why? Called here and whom ever was answering the phone was not professional. They acted like a fed up high school diva
