Just got keys of the new house today. I supposed to be extremely busy at this stage in moving, shopping, packaging, etc., which is exactly the case here. But I’d still spend some time on sharing my experience along the new house building journey with my builder - Morris Homes, as I truly think their service is well deserved for it! After being let down by other builders, we reached out to Brad to try and get a build happening. He was very transparent throughout the process and we finished what is a large house on time and on budget. Brad is probably the most accommodating builder I have ever met, and nothing was ever too much effort. Being a small builder can lead to response delays, however everything was always addressed. Josh, his building manager, is fantastic. Finish was excellent and has been very responsive to minor issues after occupation.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Can't speak for the quality of their builds, but as a real estate they are absolutely shocking. We had put in an offer of a block of land within 12 hours of it being listed. After further discussion and being told in a round a bout way that the seller wanted more money for their block, we increased our offer slightly. Best Experience ever and they Delivered our Dream Home!! We have built 4 homes and this was a standout. We got to deal directly with the actual builder Brad with a hands on approach and his staff were outstanding. Josh and James were super professional and they always answered the phone. Our house has surpassed all our expectations and they worked with our budget and timeline. Morris Homes are currently building a house for us at Kellyville - so far everything has gone smoothly. They were open and honest in preparing the tender and they came recommended to me. Building a home can be stressful and so far I am very impressed with Morris Homes
