I’m extremely happy with the repair of our gas furnace that Morris provided. Wade was excellent. He had the proper tools to diagnose (electric meter and vacuum meter) and skills/experience. He completed the replacement of the inducer motor for under $500. I had another quote for the same work at $1,437. Thanks Morris and Wade.
They come out and reviewed our “loud” AC and heating. They said they could fix it and reduce the noise by 95%, it could take a day and a half, and gave us a quote. Three workers came one week later and did the work. They did the service requested with high quality, in 7 hours, and cleaned up so you didn’t know they were there. I was skeptical about the 95% reduction in noise, maybe 70-80%, it’s 99.5%. It was truly the best investment we made in this house and the price was good. Five out of five stars.
I’m a general contractor in the Calistoga area. About five years ago I installed nine mini splits in my home. The HVAC contractor I had here locally never got it right. Very disheartening. Fortunately, I received a referral from a local contractor to Morris HVAC! I’ve had numerous people work on this, but these guys got the job done. I would have to say that the work was exceptional. I can’t recommend them enough. Don’t think twice. PS I never write reviews. These guys deserve it all.
