We had an excellent experience with Morris Glass Co! We had three windows replaced in our home and are extremely happy with them. Morris Glass was quick to respond, reasonably priced and everyone we dealt with from technicians to office staff were friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend them!
DO NOT USE this company. They were hired to replace the glass in a few double pane windows that had one hairline crack each. The windows were all like new with zero scratches. They COMPLETLEY ruined every single window they touched. The molding is all falling off and water leaks inside. I tried to reach out and get this resolved as I understand things do happen. They acknowledged that it was their fault and would take care of it. It's been 2 months and owners will not responded back after many many attempts. Now I am forced ... read more
