Horrible toxic work environment. The employees and managers bully and discriminate against their employees. The health care cries about nobody wanting to work but if you stopped the bullying maybe you’d have more employees. Typical government blaming the victims and supporting the bad guys. Disgusts me. I’ve also seen nurses treat my dementia great grandma horribly. Can’t even go see her with the way they treat her breaks my heart.

I was a patient for nine days in March, The M.G.H is a hidden gem of a facility, from the moment of arrival by ambulance until the time I was discharged the staff was outstanding when it came to my care and my questions, so a big Thank you too the paremedics the Dr's The Nurses and support staff, with out you I wouldn't be writing this today. Don't understand 1 star comments. Called health links about daughters fever, they said ER is a choice. On a Friday night at 9:30 pm we walk in, seen, concluded illness and prescribed medication. Sent us on our way with 1st day dose till we can get to a pharmacy. IMO I wish I could pay this dose as my benefits would cover this expense. My only complaint is the ER office and wait room. It really needs some fixing up. A/C units in windows in winter. Water damaged walls in office, very outdated and in generally in disrepair. Whi... read more
