I had a very disappointing experience at Morris Garage today. I went in asking if they could do a vehicle inspection, and the owner, Mr. Beale told me they could do it after completing an oil change. I waited there for over an hour while they worked on the vehicle. After seeing my car backed out, I continued waiting without any communication. I came in today for a state inspection and everyone there was so nice to me. At other garages in the past, I’ve had to leave my vehicles overnight and sometimes for days. I was seen right away and they were thorough and professional! From now on, Morris Garage is the only place I’ll bring my vehicles! Thank you so much to all the employees there and especially to Jeff for making me feel at home. A++ service! Michele
