On my way home from Elmira NY to Watervliet NY about a 3hr drive. My van broke down on a Sunday. By stroke of luck or a blessing from above I was able to make it to this garage that I Googled closest to me. I left a note with my key fab and prayed for the best. Monday morning I reach out. Very racist !!
Very disappointed in this business. There’s one guy who is very racist! He treated me terribly when I tried to make an appointment. And then denied me services. I will support another business that knows how to treat people. I do not recommend if you’re a person of color. I will never step foot in that place again and will make sure that anyone I know does the same. Absolutely disgusting human beings.
