Very poor to no communication and their carpet portion of the quote was overestimated by 20%. Their estimate also had several unnecessary options that were just to “nickel and dime” you more. One example was $400 for a dust barrier to cover about 14’ of entry from kitchen and hall that was replaced with a $20 piece of plastic. Great for hardwood flooring
If you like horrible communication, arrogance, no response to questions, extended completion dates, finger pointing and mediocre work, this is the place for you!
Great family owned company. Prices are very reasonable and the work was done quick and professional. We had them do our 4 bathrooms and our laundry room. The crew guys are very polite and friendly. I will definitely be using them in the future when we plan to ditch all our carpet. Thanks Morris Flooring! Photos are before and after
