Very quick and very easy to work with the people
The receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive, acting as if my questions were an inconvenience. Rather than offering help or even basic courtesy, she spoke in a short, irritated tone and made it clear she didn’t want to be bothered. Professionalism at the front desk sets the tone for the entire company, and unfortunately this interaction left a very negative impression. Avoid this company. My experience with them has been extremely unprofessional and costly. We paid over $15,000 in deposits, and they delivered the wrong wood. When we contacted them about the issue, we were told the sample “must have bleached,” and then they ignored us for months. After a long period of silence, they informed us that deposits were non-refundable, yet offered only $a small percent back if we agreed to walk away. I'd be really careful with them, they are really shady, over charge for all the wrong things, then go back on their word and hard to get a hold of. I'd go with someone else. Never again. This was for a 50K job.
Very poor to no communication and their carpet portion of the quote was overestimated by 20%. Their estimate also had several unnecessary options that were just to “nickel and dime” you more. One example was $400 for a dust barrier to cover about 14’ of entry from kitchen and hall that was replaced with a $20 piece of plastic.
