I was told it would take a few weeks to get my insurance coverage for a crown and when I tried another dentist who does temporary to permanent crowns as recommended by my endodontist, it took them only minutes while I waited at the desk to find out my coverage. I was told in March by the medical billing assistant, Maggie, that it would take weeks to get my coverage for the crown. It is now May 20th and I still haven’t heard from them. Dr. Janice Lee is very pleasant and professional. She takes great care of her patients and makes you feel comfortable throughout the visit. She is attentive, caring, and takes the time to address concerns. She also takes the patient’s willingness and preferences into consideration when discussing treatment options, which makes the experience more comfortable and reassuring. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend her.
