Rick and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. My parents were elderly and wanted an addition done so they could remain in their home (downstairs bedroom, bath, etc). The original cost was a gazillian dollars and Rick actually took the time to sit with them and explain cheaper alternatives, which included the possibility of selling and having a more appropriate home built.
