Bob Chittenden installed a stairlift for us. The call went smoothly, on time, and informative. Bob took his time to show us how to operate the chair, including safety precautions for the elderly like us. The chair itself is state-of-the-art and comfortable. I would gladly recommend AIP to others. In fact, we will install additional grab bars in our ensuite bathroom. The AIP Mobility Plus team is the best! Professional, precise and focused on the installation of our custom curved stairlift, they completed it in less than 1 day. We highly recommend Bob and John for a stairlift. Bob met with us and spent some time discussing our specific needs and answering all our questions, including several post-meeting follow up thoughts we had via telephone calls.
