Dr Burns is the most compassionate caring doctor I have ever had. He makes personal calls in evening to followup and always gives his time to listen and consider all options. I’ve been going to him for over 15 years.
Doesn't always follow through on his plan of care. Says he will order certain tests but forgets, and then it takes another couple of weeks to get it all straightened out. Very frustrating!
Dr. Burns, Payal, Tammy, and the other staff are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this practice and have been a patient for many years. Every single staff member including assistants and front desk, have made my experiences pleasant and non stressful. This is a practice who puts your needs 1st. Professional and knowledgeable!!! Leaving the practice after being here for 5 years. Dr Burns is great, he gives appropriate time & attention to patients. However their office is difficult to work with, borderline disrespectful. Melissa in particular is terse and rude. Dr Burns schedule is always full 6 months in advance. Staff has no interest in working out options if you need to see Dr. early. My family has seen Dr. Burns for nearly 25 years. Outstanding medical professional, understanding, caring, takes the time to explain. Goes above and beyond. Staff is outstanding, always respectful and helpful. 100 stars! :)
