Ive been going here for several years now. Doctor Burns is great, staff is caring and helpful. Be prepared to battle with your insurance company with special prescriptions. Mine always blames the staff here.
The whole family sees Dr. Burns. We think he’s fabulous and the office is wonderful too. Thanks so much for taking care of our family and being understanding!
Ive been going here for several years now. Doctor is great, staff is horrible. Takes 2 weeks and 5 phone calls to get a prescription renewed or submitted. Pharmacy states they never received it, staff claims they faxed it in. This happens every single time without exception. Every time I have lab work done, I show up for my appointment 2 weeks later to review. Office staff claims the lab never sent them the results , yet, all of the results are posted in EPIC MyChart, the same system that they use in the office. When I chall... read more
I’ve been seeing Dr. Burns for 10+ years now. He has great bedside manner and the staff is amazing. Highly recommend
I've been seeing Dr. Burns since I was a child, and now I bring my baby to him. He's very thoughtful and compassionate.
