I’m happy as a returned patient. Love the new office- it’s very clean and spacious. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. Laura Smith, NP is very nice and professional, I feel really comfortable with her.
My apportionment was with NP Laura Smith. I originally had an appointment, but I called ahead of time due to the storm that was anticipated to see if they were gonna be open or reschedule. The person on the phone basically told me that we can’t decide until the storm actually comes and if I wanna cancel now, I won’t be seen till the end of February so I did not cancel. Laura was professional and personable. I am a new patient to the practice and felt heard and at ease.
the best group of doctors, nurses and office staff you could ask for! everyone is so sweet, has great bedside manner, understanding, listens to concerns and discusses everything. they follow through with calls and callbacks and make you feel like you’re not just a number. the front office staff is quick to respond to emails and fill out paperwork - they are also so nice. i have been going here for years and refer anyone i know who’s looking for an OBGYN here.
I have been with this practice for decades, and gave always received excellent care. Dr. Green was compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. She made me feel very at ease with an example that can be triggering for me. I don't typically offer recommendations, especially for such a personal area of care, but I have no reservations in recommending Dr. Green.
