I've been at India Brook in Randolph a little over 10 years. Excellent facilities and service. Thx MCHA for making my senior years comfortable in my own home, convenient to Morristown, County College, and the bustling town of Dover.

Always very helpful sometimes takes time for someone to get back to you but they have a lot of people they work with so it’s understandable. Maintenance could be a bit quicker but other then that they have beautiful housing and staff that I’ve worked with is alway nice.

Lived in housing 8+ years as a dependent 2 years as a independent Pretty good place to live if you you have no plans in life, once you start making money they take 30% of your income and it’s on a month to month basis. They will see if you work overtime and will adjust accordingly. Especially in a good area, the highest they charge you $2,600+ in Denville area for a three bedroom apartment.
