They are nice and new and we offered to pay more than we should have to live here. HOWEVER, the area these apartments are in is not safe. Our car, town home, and our neighbors town homes were broken into and everything we owned of value was stolen. They broke in the back door and we asked Mr. Morris to have it fixed (for our safety). Morris Properties is unsatisfactory. I agree with the previous poster. We have encountered quite a few problems. While the townhome appears to be nice and in good condition (and we are the first to live here), the scale is incredibly small (deceptively so). There is only one drawer in the entire kitchen and it does not even fit a silverware organizer. The closets you see are not for storage, they are for heating and air.
