Service Manager is a LIAR AND THEIF . I was told that my bolts in my manifold were broken and thats what the knock was, and because it was due to rust, it would not be covered under the warranty...a $3900.00 fix! I was told the motor had to come out and the manifold had to be replaced and the lifters were what was making the noise and it was due to age so the warranty company had already been out to do an inspection and denied the warranty claim.
