I don't see how anyone is writing these negative reviews. All I can say is they're great. Our small rural subdivision has been without viable internet for ten years. We made a request about 3 years ago and it was denied, as we expected, due to it not being economically viable. We tried again last year. This time we pushed a bit more. There should be a rating of less than 1 star because this sorry company doesn't even merit that. Absolute lack of integrity or customer service.

The worst service provider I've ever had, hands down. I wish I could give them zero stars. Rude customer service agents, terrible reliability and I work from home . . so internet is not a "luxury" for me, it's how I earn a living and keep my head above water. Apparently, Morris just doesn't care.

terrible company, we have to go with them as they are the only one offering us internet service except for satellite, we had a major outage in our neighborhood and were out for 2 days, after the neighborhood was back online our house was still out for another two days, we were told we would get a credit for the time out but when we asked for it they said they have no record of the neighborhood being out and we would only get credit the day we called to ask when our cable would be on. dishonest and rude customer service, but ... read more

Terrible customer service, terrible internet connection , service is not reliable at all and it seems as if no one works at their customer service desk because it takes almost 20 minutes to get a human on the line ... stay away
