My Attorney, Jacob, was did a terrific job. He was knowledgeable and understanding. His communication skills were top notch. Mr. Jacobs assistant, Mr. Lloyd , was amazing to work with as well. Pleasant and fun to work with also great communication skills. Kaitlyn and the secretary in Shreveport also played a big role with all the pleasantries I encountered working with this company. Extremely friendly wonderful people would definitely recommend. First time I have ever been in a car accident where not only I was hurt bad enough to go to the hospital, but both of my kids were with me. The insurance company had sent me a bunch of papers dealing with the claim for the accident. I was very overwhelmed with all the paperwork and physically not doing well let alone mentally not doing well and had no idea how to handle things. The Morris Bart team, including Andrew lair and his assistant Gabrielle were very professional and communicative. Very thankful for their diligent and hard work. If they could be recommended I would recommend them 10/10 Times
I am very unhappy with the services at Morris Bart. My experience was not good. Initially my attorney told me he was the best at handling my type of case. He assured me that he would be successful. As time went on he became very rude, he belittled me, attempting to manipulate me. He did not have my best interest at heart. His practices were unethical .
